Firehouse Apparatus strives for customer satisfaction. With this in mind we have established a very up to date service organization over the past several years. We most recently moved into our new facility with a 5000 square foot service center with an on site pump test center in February of 2007.
This new location has also allowed us to add several mobile service vehicles with factory trained service technicians to respond through out the sales market area to handle service and warranty repairs not only on the trucks we sell but entire fleets. We presently service over 300 departments throughout New York State and Pennsylvania.
Due to the difficulty of having a customer bring an apparatus to our shop, we supply these mobile service units to your location with no travel time charge to you. We only invoice for the time at your location making the necessary repairs which saves you time and money.
All our Annual service packages include a detailed multi page report of the items serviced and checked and we follow the NFPA 1915 recommendations for “Fire Apparatus Preventative Maintenance Program”. A sample of these reports can be sent upon request.
