Firehouse Apparatus is fully prepared to handle service on your fleet as well as develop a service program that will fit your needs and budget. We are an authorized service center for HME and Spartan custom chassis, Hale, Waterous and Darley Fire Pumps, and all of the emergency equipment and lighting companies as well. We operate with factory trained service technicians and have affiliated ourselves with OEM service centers in and around our entire marketing area for quick response to warranty and service related issues. We operate and have several fully equipped road service vehicles that can respond anywhere with in the marketing territory.
A key feature in our success is that we recognize the need to respond quickly to a service related issue and in conjunction with our own service fleet we will work directly with local service centers near your community that can respond immediately to any service related problems to avoid any down time. In many situations a local qualified service agency can handle a service issue much quicker and we are one of the few agencies that will come to your station for warranty repairs.
For any warranty service issue on the entire apparatus, you the customer need to only make a single call to our 24 hour line @ (315) 497-0106 for all requests for warranty or regular service. All details for the response to your location will be handles immediately by Firehouse Apparatus and a service technician will be dispatched to your location to resolve the problem.
